60+ Strength Training Classes

In this 40-minute 60+ strength class we choose only the exercises that are effective and safe. The reason for a 60+ strength class is that we want to do the right things for you and not just have you feeling that you need to keep up in a class. What is important is safely getting stronger and being able to move well enough to enjoy life to the fullest.
